ISSUE
When the TA screen is displayed, the Show dropdown is defaulted to Enabled, meaning on the Filing Packet tab only Enabled RCs are displayed. In this build, all RCs, including those Disabled, are displayed by default.
If you change the Show dropdown from Enabled to All, then change it back to Enabled, then only the Enabled RCs are displayed.

-Should show the Enabled RCs by default.
-Make sure that default filter works properly.
