This is on Freedom TEST environment, Release 16.4.0214.170 (this is a maintenance release I installed today).
When running Schedule 1A Type Gasoline, transactions who would not fit the RC's Tax Criteria are being included into the result.
See screenshots and explanations in comment for more detail.
This is how I verify the issue.
Check the Category Tax Class, the "State Excise Tax (SET) Diesel".

Then Create new IR
and check the View Tax Detail check if the "State Excise Tax (SET) Diesel" was there if not then run a report in MFT.
Report Component must not fetch any record because of the Reporting Component Configuration was set as IN Excise Tax Gasoline <> 0
