Go to Motor Fuel Tax Forms > Maintenance > Tax Authorities
Select a State from the list and click on 'Open Selected' button
Select any Schedule code from any Form on the list and E-File

Click Run button and select 'This Month to Date Preview'

MN, OH, and TN E-file name missing.
