*Steps:*
Go to *Motor Fuel Tax Forms* > *Maintenance* > *Tax Authorities*
Select *IN (Indiana)* and click on *Open Selected* button
From *Tax Authority - IN* screen > *SF-401* *Form Code*
Select *SF-401* schedule code and click on *View*
From *Details* tab > *Reporting Component Configuration* tab
*Issue:*
*Company Name* column not available for the user to edit
*Acceptance:*
*Company Name* column should be available for the user to edit and that should reflect on *SF-401* Main Form and on *EDI* file
