+ *Special Requirement for Customer Name for WV State:* +
We need to create an Uncommon Field for WV Transporters Return.
*Objective:*
* On the Transporters return, for the Delivery To Name we would need to use a “Legal name” and not the “Customer Name”.
For example, Woodford could have an End Customer whose Entity record is created with a name of “Wei’s Quick Store”, but the actual legal name (which the state requires on the return) is “Wei’s Quick Convenience Store”.

# On both the Preview and the E-file, use Customer screen > General tab > 1099 Name field. We will have customers use this field to hold the End Customer’s “Legal Name” as required by state of WV.

Uncommon Fields could be used to accomplish this change, and it will only need to be applied to the RCs for WV’s Transporters return, without having to change other RCs.
Please code this in *21.2 for Woodford.*
