There is an existing spec about how to show blending activities in non-blending schedules. I just added a new rule to this spec. See this screenshot:

When Invoiced Gallons calculation = zero, that means there is no Blending Activity. For that Schedule (A or DA or LA or SA), do not create either Record 1 or Record 2 in the e file.
