In table tblTFTerminalControlNumber we keep a list of Terminal Control Numbers published by the government. This list is updated since the last time we did a refresh. The newest list is attached to this ticket.
To do
1. Add new TCNs that are in the Excel but not in our DB (19.2 and forward) into the default script.
2. If a TCN already exists in our system, but its info is changed in the Excel (name, address, etc), update it based on the Excel. The key to match is [strTerminalControlNumber].
3. If a TCN is in our system but not in the Excel, do not remove it -- is must be kept to preserve history.
