In MFT-1487 we added 2 new RCs, both are for Form Code 735-1302.
In MCP LIVE 01, these 2 new Schedule 5LOs have output fields that are out of order. Need to
# Provide a script that would correct these so they're in the correct order. (Correct order can be found in the script I created in MFT-1487).
# Ensure the correct order is included into newest build.
Show your test results on both the Preview screen and also the exported Excel file.
