*Steps to Reproduce:*
Step 1: Go to Motor Fuel Tax Forms > Tax Authority > OR
Step 2: Select Schedule 1-Gasoline from Form Code : 735-1302 and XML
Step 3: Click Run > Last Month Preview.
Step 4: Click Refresh, verify that there's no data shown.
Step 5: Click Add > Include.
Step 6: Enter all the necessary data and make sure that the date was at the range of the selected From and To.
Step 7: Click Save and Close.
Step 8: Verify that the Raw Data should be showing.
Step 9: Click Export > Excel.
*Issue* :
There's no Data shown in Generated Excel Report

After applying the fix from MFT-1447, the two Add exceptions are now showing in the Preview. But from the Preview window, Export > Excel does not have these trans.
(On the other hand, the XML file is not impacted. It correctly includes the Add exceptions).
