Indiana recently made a change such that BULK must have five trailing spaces so the total Terminal Control Number is 9 char in total. Otherwise the EDI file is rejected.
The Specs are changed:

We have two customers using Indiana -- they are both 18.3. So this JIRA is a Blocker and need a script right away.
Please also create JIRA for 19.1, 19.2, and 20.1 --> These can be Major but not Blockers because we do not have Live customers on these version using Indiana.
