For Swink NC EDI, they only select on RC (14C), which has no data for August. (you do not need to download the newest db; what you have should be sufficient).

When clicking the NC EDI tab, instead of creating an "zero-return" file, we got the "no transaction found". A "zero-return" file (meaning there is No Activity) is attached to this JIRA as an exmaple.
