For IL, the E-File's Special Requirements are changed for all "L" Schedules (LA, LB, LC, etc). The exact change is on the Filer License Number field used for that Schedule in the E-file.
This screenshot is an example of the "old spec" vs "new spec". The Old Spec is crossed out, and the New Spec right behind the old one.

# LA for Blends. This is not a Schedule, but records for blending transactions in Schedule LA. Both "Record 1" and "Record 2" are affected.
