*Steps to reproduce:*
Step 1: Create Transport Load using Terminal to Location with Transfer or Inventory Transfer for a certain Date which doesn't have an Invoice
Step 2: Go to Motor Fuel Tax Form > Tax Authority > IN
Step 3: Go to Form: GT-103 Schedule 2D (Gasoline & Gasohol)
Step 4: Click Run > Custom Date Range
Step 5: Enter the desired Date
Step 6: Click Refresh

Customer 01 is upgraded to 18.3 recently. Now IN GUT Schedule 2Ds (both of them) received "error loading transactions".
After your fix is applied, make sure you can run all GUT RCs, including two 1Rs, two 2Ds, and the GT-103 report.
You can copy their 01 to 99 for testing purposes.
