Steps:
1. Create Terminal to Location Transport Load that will satisfy the schedule's tax criteria. Sample below:

2. Go to Motor Fuel Tax Forms > Tax Authorities and open OR (Oregon)
3. From Form Code: 735-1302, select 3 - Gasoline (to Bulk) and hit Run > Custom Date Range button
4. Change the Date Range that fits the Transport Load's date and click Refresh button
