Steps:
1. Go to Motor Fuel Tax Forms > Tax Authorities and open IN Tax Authority.
2. From GT-103, select 1R Gasoline, 2D Gasoline, Main Form and GT-103 XML File and click Run.
3. Navigate on GT-103 Main Form tab

Acceptance:
1. GT-103 Report Viewer should be displayed without error
2. Should download xml file
