Steps:
1. Create Transport Load distributed to Location and Customer using OR Tax Group and post.

2. Go to Motor Fuel Tax Forms > Tax Authorities and open OR Tax Authority. From Form Code 735-1302, open Schedule 5 with Schedule Name Gallons Delivered to Own Bulk Plant (Sch 5.1) and set this up like sample below:

3. Run this schedule selecting Custom Date Range and set the date same with the Transport Load's Date/Time and click Refresh button
Issue:
It displays summation of the distributed qty for location and customer

Record for Location Distribution should only show (Qty of 50):
