This JIRA is related to MFT-1299, which added 3 new RCs for Oregon's Gas Report.
This JIRA is to add Uncommon Fields for these 3 new RCs.
Both this JIRA and MFT-1299 can be on the same blocker build. If 1299 needs to wait, thats fine.
Use the attached script to add thew Uncommon Fields. Afterwards, the 3 new RCs's RC Configuraiton tab will look like:
