When the SI has a Source = Tank Delivery, the Destination OR Facility Number should NOT be from the Customer's Location, but from Tank Management Site.
This change affects both the Gas Report and the Diesel Report. It ony affects the Disbursement schedules.
On this page, I changed the specs. Once completed, provide screenshots of your test results before turning to QC.
