Steps:
1. Go to Motor FUel Tax Forms > Tax Authorities and open IN Tax Authority.
2. Run GT-103 schedule with and without record provided that the first schedule will display no record. Sample below:

3. Click Export > Excel
Issue:

Acceptance:
Should generate excel file without error message

in the last 18.3 release. Happens when one of the selected RCs does not have any record.
