1. Create Transport Load that will satisfy the schedule Tax Criteria. Sample below:

2. Go to Motor Fuel Tax Forms > Tax Authorities and open IL Tax Authority.
3. From Form Code RMFT-5, select schedule A Type: Received, MFT-free Only and click Run button.
4. Adjust the date filter to match with the Transport Load's date and click Refresh button
