Steps:
1. Go to Motor Fuel Tax Forms > Tax Authorities, open OR Tax Authority.
2. From Form Code 735-1302, select Schedule 1 Gasoline (Exports to WA)
3. Then export to excel

Acceptance:
strOriginCountryCode (Origin Country) and strDestinationCountryCode (Destination Country) should still be shown even it has no RC Configuration
