1. Create CF Transaction and post. Sample below:

2. Go to Motor Fuel Tax Forms > Tax Authorities and open OR (Oregon)
3. From Form Code: 735-1334M, select 5CRD - Biodiesel - Undyed and hit Run button
4. Change the Date Range that fits the CF Transaction's date and click Refresh button. Records display.

5. Export to excel and check Destination Facility
