When exporting with Excel, even there is no record for all selected RCs, the excel file should be created. Each tab/worksheet of the file should just be empty.
An empty Excel export means there is no transactions for the RCs. This is not the same as no Excel file.
*Steps to Reproduce:*
Step 1: Go to Motor Fuel Tax Forms > Tax Autority > OR > Shedule 5LO
Step 2: Click Run
Step 3: Update Date Range From: (7/1/18) and To: (7/31/18)
Step 4:Click Refresh
Step 5: Data was shown. Click Export > excel
*Issue:*
No Record was shown in the excel report
*Accepted:*
Data shown in the Report Configuration window should be also shown in Exported Excel Report.
