Gas Report's RCs, after exprting into Excel, has a "No record" line with Dates. We can do one of two things:
1. (optimal) Remove it. If there is no record to export, do not create a "no record" line in the Excel.
2. (less optimal) If removing the line is not doable, we must not have the Dates.
