1. Go to Motor Fuel Tax Forms > Tax Authorities and open OR Tax Authority.
Make sure to add record on Begin/End Inventory tab

2. From Form Code: 735-1302, select 1 Gasoline, Main Form and Oregon XML and hit Run button.

3. Navigate until XML tab. It downloaded OR Xml file.
