1. Go to Motor Fuel Tax Forms > Tax Authorities and open MI(Michigan)
2. From Form Code: 3724, select Schedule 11A Gasoline and 3724 EFile and hit Run button
3. Change the Date Range that fits the Transport Load's date and click Refresh button. Records shown on 11A tab.
