1. Create CF transactions and post. Sample below:

2. Go to Motor Fuel Tax Forms > Tax Authorities and open PA (Pennsylvania)
3. From Form Code: 1096, select 5 Liquid Fuels and PA A File and hit Run button
4. Change the Date Range that fits the CF Transaction's date and click Refresh button. Record shows:

6. Open the csv file
