1. Create Terminal to Customer Transport Load using NM Tax Group and post.

4. Open NM Tax Authority. Click County Location tab and add Customer and Customer Location used in the transaction and setup NM County and Location and save.

5. Select Form 41306 Schedule A and hit Run button.
6. Change the Date Range that fits the Transport Load's date and click Refresh button.

Schedule A has two Uncommon Fields. When the output grid is displayed, these two columns are emtpy with no data.
