NM Schedule A Output Grid does not include data from Uncommon Fields

Description + *Steps:* +   1. Create Terminal to Customer Transport Load using NM Tax Group and post.   !pastedImage_d93851_0.png! 3. Go to Motor Fuel Tax Forms > Tax Authorities.   4. Open NM Tax Authority. Click County Location tab and add Customer and Customer Location used in the transaction and setup NM County and Location and save.   !pastedImage_d93851_1.png!   5. Select Form 41306 Schedule A and hit Run button.   6. Change the Date Range that fits the Transport Load's date and click Refresh button.   + *Issue:* +   Data populated on A tab but with empty County and Location   !pastedImage_d93851_2.png!   {color:#008000}+ *Acceptance:* +{color}   County and Location should be supplied with the setup on County Location tab on Tax Authority screen     *{color:#ff0000}Need to provide a fix/script.{color}*     Schedule A has two Uncommon Fields.
