*Steps:*
1. Check Inventory Valuation for item used in work order if item has negative stocks
2. Enable Negative Inventory setup for item
3. Open work order and try to post adjustments
*Issue:*
Unable to post adjustments for WO# 17398 due to negative stock
*Acceptance:*
Should be able to post adjustments for work order when item has negative stocks and Negative Inventory setup for item is enabled
