1. Complete a Lot status adjustment in a lot
2. Go to Lot history of that lot
3. The Transaction Qty is displayed as blank, this is correct as there is no change in qty
4. Now click on 'Undo' button of Lot history screen
5. The Transaction qty value is changing to 'unidentified'
