*Steps:*
1. Go to Manufacturing > Activities > Blend Management
2. Select any record and click Open
3. Click New button
*Issue:*
Unable to create New blend and open an existing record.
Message "User is not associated with the logged on location" is displayed.

*Acceptance:*
Should be able to open any existing record.
Should be able to Create Blend Sheet successfully.
