Make the following correction in Short Term Olanning View
1. When forecast is 0, make DOH as 0
2. Late open quantity should only be the balance pending
*Steps:*
1. Go to MFG> Short Term Planning View
2. {color:#000000}Select Demand, UOM, Location and Category{color}
{color:#000000}Click on Refresh{color}
{color:#000000}3. Check the DOH{color}
*Issue* : {color:#000000}The DOH Qty is incorrect when the Forecasted Qty is 0{color}
{color:#000000} *Expectation* : The DOH Qty should show 0 when the Forecasted Qty is 0{color}
