Description Steps:     I was training with the customer today and we followed these steps and then received the error:   # Work Order Management > New # Entered details to produce 4.5 TON of 90823F00 (see screenshot with error) ## Saved WO # Pick List > Print Batch Sheet # Bulk Produce ## Entered Produce detail; Item = 90823F00; Lot # = SEV156; No of Units = 4.5 ## Click Autofill to populate the Consumed details ## Save ## It stated Consumed/Produced successfully # Close Order .... error   Issue:   !pastedImage_d186036_0.png|height=484,width=960!   Issue: We have no way to go back and correct this Line to select another Lot to fulfill the total Qty needed for the recipe. I cannot go back to Bulk Produce to make changes once saved. I have no way to reverse the Bulk Production even though the WO is not closed and technically hasn't consumed/produced in inventory. I cannot Close Order because of the error .... so how do I fix this?   If we had Validation in the Bulk Produce window before allowing the Save, it would minimize the risk of errors later in the process and no way to fix it.   Also, the Available Qty displayed in the Bulk Produce window is not entirely accurate -- I think it is displaying the Recipe Qty, and not the Available Qty for the Item/Lot. Therefore, even if the user is checking the quantities, they wouldn't have caught this without some sort of validation, because it appears there is inventory available and really there is not.   *Acceptance:*   # *Bulk Produce > Consume details > Available Qty needs to display the Available Qty for the Item or Lot if lot tracked.* # *VALIDATION: Bulk Produce > Consume details >* *If Available Qty is < Input Qty, then display the line as BOLD red font so the user knows to review* ## User may then adjust the original line to select a new Lot ... OR ## User may add an additional line for the same Item and select a new Lot for the remaining Qty needed ## User will then adjust the Input Qty on one or both lines, if needed # *Bulk Produce > Consume details >* *If User selects a different Lot Number, display the Available Qty for the new Lot, but do NOT delete the Input Qty.* ## Leave the Input Qty as populated unless User edits the Qty   *By providing the above Validation in the Bulk Produce window, this would mitigate errors at the time of "Close Order".*
