Steps:
1. Choose a blend sheet from template grid.

2. Click on Release in the blend management screen
Issue:
intStrorageLocationId is blank in the release xml
Expectation
intStorageLocationId should not be blank in the release xml.

Please let me know whether I can add intStorageLocationId in the procedure "uspMFGetBlendSheetInputLots" to solve the issue.
