Issue: Demand Plan: Previous planned purchases field isn't populated

Can you please check why previous planned purchases field isn't populated?
The below example is from IL but same case appears also for other BUs

Steps:
# Log in to Strauss application to BU (IL)
# Go to MFG> Demand Analysis view
# Generate a Demand Analysis view
# Verify the Previous Planned Purchase
Issue: Previous Planned Purchase is not loading
Expectation: System should load the Previous Planned Purchase
