Steps:
1. Go to MFG > Demand Analysis view
2. Create a New Demand analysis by selecting all item checkbox
3. Click on Generate Plan
Issue: System is loading Discontinued and Phased Out items
4. Click on the Item drop down
Issue: System is loading Discontinued and Phased Out items
Expectation: System should exclude the Discontinued and Phased Out items
