Steps:
1. Change Item for a lot/container
2. Create an inventory transfer order with shipment option and post it.
Issue:
User is unable to see that lot/container in the inventory view-->Transfer in-transit screen
Expectation
all the in-transit lots should be listed in the transfer in-transit tab page of the inventory view.
