Steps:
1. Goto blendsheet management
2. Click template

Issue:
User is unable to remove "not used" template.
Expectation
User should be able to close "not used" template similar to close requirement that are available in the blend requirement screen.

You can add a new button as "Close template" in the template screen, when user clicks on "Close template" button, you can update template flag to zero in the work order table.
