Steps:
Pre-Condition
Manufacturing Process belong to blending and user uses work order management screen to record offsite production and consumption info.
1. Create a offsite blending in the work order management screen
2. Capture consumption and production entry and close it
3. Open the closed work order from closed work order tab page
Issue 1:
Duplicate button is disabled
Expectation:
Duplicate button should be enabled
Issue 2:
Update latest recipe button is disabled

Update latest recipe button should be enabled only when the work order status is Started / Staged
