*Steps :*
1. Create a work order
2. Release the work order
3. Goto processing cost tab
4. Choose service contract no
5. Choose service item
6. Save the work order.
7. Record production and consumption entry
8. Processed qty is automatically updated by system.
9. User modifies the processed qty,
*Issue :*
Unable to see the older value of processed qty, user id, date when it got modified.
*Expectation :*
it should have audit log tab like other screens in the work order screen as well as blend production screen.
