Steps:
1. Create one Inventory Shipment from Inventory View
2. Go to Inventory Shipment staging and generate task
3. Click on load button multiple time
Issue: System is adding the duplicate pallet in the shipment order
Expectation: System should not allow to add same pallet multiple times
