Steps:
1. Go to Manufacturing--> Activities --> Work order management
2. Go to Closed Order tab
3. Select any completed work order
4. Click on Reopen button
5. Click 'Yes' in confirmation message
Issue: The below error is displayed

Expectation: System should allow to reopen the work order
