Activity columns from Tab 2 do not “Cross-foot” in relation to Lot 18352-10 (Rows 184 thru 189 and row 214). Also see Row 476 on Tab 2 noting that the total cross foot differences = 13,310 lbs. This is the lot which previously was the source of the IT-9 “out of balance transfer condition” where transfers out of SPF did not equal transfers in to WH #2. I believe that current on hand balances for parent lot 18352-10 are correct. Accordingly, I can live with and adjust for these activity differences (reporting work around).
PLEARE REVIEW AND LET ME KNOW WHETHER A CORRECTION IS REQUIRED? I CAN WORK AROUND THIS ONE AS IT DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE CREATING ISSUES IN THE SYSTEM.
Steps:
1. Go to Manufacturing > Inventory View
2. Proceed to As on Date by Lot
3. Select a Date range and enter same date both in From and To (From 28 Feb'19 to 28 Feb'19)
4. Download the report
5. Again search the same using a different Date Range (say 1st Jan to 28 Feb)
6. Download the report
7. Compare both the reports
Issue: Closing quantity is not matching
Expectation: System should match the closing quantity in both cases
