1. Start the work order
2. Stage the Input quantity
3. Consume Input Item
4. Do a reversal of Consumption
5. Consume again
6. Produce output
7. Move the Input item Quantity to other unit
8. Start cycle count, enter cycle count quanity as 0
9. Post the cycle count
Issue: Trying to post WO, getting this error
