Provide an UI for configuring to allow item category while changing an item.
* Screen should have 2 columns: From Item Category & To Item Category.
* Add a button 'Item Change Restriction' in 'Manufacturing Process' search screen to launch this screen.
* While saving, combination of From Item Category and To Item Category should be unique.
* Table name is tblMFItemChangeMap.
* Remove the duplicate combination of From Item Category and To Item Category in table tblMFItemChangeMap.
