Work Order Management - Bulk Produce:
* Work order has the transfer to as Bin 3320
* Open Bulk Produce screen
* Choose Hulls - system automatically default the storage unit to Bin 3320
** Bin 3320 is restricted for only Soybean Meal
** Why it is showing this as a default for Hulls that is not allowed in 3320
* Next issue - now if we try to produce it by clicking on save - system is not checking and throwing it as an error. It should not allow to produce.

* We need to fix it urgently otherwise Bin mix-up can happen (e.g. Oil getting mixed with Hulls or Meals with Hulls, etc
