Issue: It is retrieving the data from the Quality Template but not from the Company Preference
PreCondition: Configure Notes in the Quality Template and Configure Test Report Comments in the Company Preference.
# Go to Quality.
# Select the Sample Type as Outbound.
# Fill all the mandatory fields.
# Click on Print. (Changed the report name to launch test report)
# Incase, Notes was displayed from the Quality Template.
# Remove the Notes from the Quality Template and keep only in Company Preference.
# Then print the report, comments should print the value by taking from company preference.
Bug: It is not retrieving from the company preference.
Expectation: When Quality Template is not configured and Company Preference is configured then it should pull value from the Company Preference.
