Issue:
# Selecting the outbound Order and clicking detail, system is loading Load Shipment schedule screen but system is displayed error "Failed to load data. Do you want to reload"
# Create a Contract and Create Outbound Order, clicking on that Outbound Order tool tip is displayed. Tool tip does not display Item No, Description and Tran.Date
Steps to reproduce Issue1
# Go to Manufacturing --> Traceability.
# Select the Object Type as Outbound Shipment.
# Select the Shipment No.
# System displayed traceability diagram with Contract and Outbound Order.
# Click on Outbound Order and Click on Detail button, system is displayed Load Shipment Screen but system is displayed "Failed to load data. Do you want to reload"
