Steps:
1. Create a Recipe with one input item ( Item-tracked)
2. Create one WO and create a pick order
3. Generate task
4. Go to Task tab and click on Stage all
Issue: Application is not moving the Item to the staging location.
Expectation: Application should move the quantity to the staging location
