Steps:
1. Go to WO Prod Return
2. Select a pallet and create pick order
3. Generate task for the full qty
4. Complete Put Away
5. Click on Generate Task again
Issue: Application is changing the status back to Unassigned
Expectation: Application should not allow to create the task again for completed task
